The Tale of Persephone
“Don’t you dare pity her. She traded a suffering soul for a throne of bones.” – Starlight Poet
This multidisciplinary mini-production turned Persephone’s and Hades’ love story as told in the Homeric Hymn to Demeter. An allegory for female empowerment and liminal power, Persephone’s story is anything but one of victimhood. Elle’s silks act, which blends stage combat with duo aerial dance, tells an epic tale through sensual fabric manipulation and dynamic skills.
Featuring Jesus Colon as Hades and Alexa Burno as Demeter.

Mirror Demon
In myths and legends across cultures, one’s reflection has often thought to show our deepest secrets, perhaps even our other self — the inverse, the unspoken, the darkest truth. Elle brings this mythos to life in a high-energy, edgy, and mischievous dark circus act on aerial frame, drawing upon its mirror-like shape to seduce and unnerve the audience. Her costume evokes jagged shards of glass as she embodies one’s fractured self: the insecurities, twisted thoughts, and irresistible seduction of the dark side of the mirror.

Nimue, The Lady of the Lake
“Time it took us to where the water was. That’s what the water gave me” – Florence Welch
A circus tribute to Arthurian legend, Elle’s Nimue act depicts the Lady of the Lake, who delivers Excalibur to King Arthur. Nimue is a sorceress who can wield the magical force of water. She is also an intermediary between realms: the mundane and the sacred, the unseen and the seminal. This silks act focuses on intricate fabric play, dramatic poses, and epic storytelling.

Captain Jack Sparrow’s Shenanigans
“Why’s the rum always gone?” – Jack Sparrow
Elle leaves the audience laughing as they witness the drunken pirate’s quest for another bottle of spirit — spinning and tumbling around his ship’s ropes aka the dance trapeze. This comedic circus act blends dynamic skills with strong characterization, reminding audiences that aerial dance can be hilarious as well as magical.

Lightning Heart
An emotionally cathartic, visually expressive journey through unconditional love, Elle’s “Lightning Heart” act pulls at the audience’s heartstrings through Kate Bush’s iconic anthem “Running Up That Hill.” A song about unifying masculine and feminine perspectives and telepathic communication is the perfect backdrop for Elle’s passionate silks performance.
